Owner just funny. Of course you can not compare it to a restaurant, that's not going to be fast in such a small place. Value for money unbeatable. Better than always a kebab or Currywurst and much more. So you have here but a good meal with rice or pasta. Pre-order 5 min beforehand makes sense, as there are always plenty of students around noon. You can then pick up the food at the side entrance and past the whole queue. Conclusion: always happy
